What floor plans are available?

We offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom (1 or 2 bath), 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom loft-style apartments ranging from 575 to 1,640 sq ft.

What are the move-in fees?

One-time move-in fees include a $75 application fee, $200 admin fee, and $25 utility activation fee.

What monthly fees are there beyond rent?

Monthly utilities and service fees are a flat $97/mo covering trash, pest control, internet, and facilities. In-unit washer and dryer is included at no extra charge.

Is 19Eleven Apartments pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome pets and have a bark park on-site. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and $30/month pet rent.
